DETROIT, MI – (4/2/18) May is small business month and small businesses are a major economic generator in Detroit and beyond. Realizing that aspiring and current entrepreneurs grapple with how to build and grow their business, The LEE Group, in conjunction with Fifth Third Bank, will hold its annual Small Business Workshop on Thursday, May 3, 2018, 8:00am – 1:00pm, at TechTown, 440 Burroughs, in Detroit.
This year’s theme is “Attracting and Retaining Customers”. Lee Meadows, Ph.D., Professor of Management, Walsh College and Owner, Meadows Consulting will provide the opening keynote comments while Pam Turkin, CEO, RISE Bakery, will provide closing comments. Both are successful business owners/entrepreneurs who will share their perspective on how to develop, engage and maintain longer-term customer relationships.
The panel of experts below will provide keys for success and give perspective on what it takes to not only attract, but to retain customers.
