Four chapter advisors have also been named including, Andrea Agnew, Pamela Dover, Michelle Gilbert and Maria Holmes. Advisors will play an important role in charting the course for NAMIC Detroit’s future.
The NAMIC Detroit Chapter of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) is comprised of professionals and entrepreneurs of all ethnicities and professions, “to educate, advocate and empower for multi-ethnic diversity in the Communications and Entertainment Industries”. It will be the 18th Chapter in NAMIC. Its goal is to engage locally and become a strategic partner organization in the community representing the mission of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications that connects Detroit’s members with local resources, people, companies and development opportunities that promote diversity and inclusiveness at all levels in the Communications industry.
