Fourth Annual Small Business Workshop Focuses on Attracting and Retaining Customers

DETROIT, MI(3/1/18)   The LEE Group is pleased to announce its fourth annual Small Business Workshop, presented by Fifth Third Bank.  It will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018, 8am-1pm, at TechTown, located at 440 Burroughs, in Detroit.  May is significant because it’s small business month and the workshop falls during small business week.

Do businesses really know their customers?  How do you use target marketing based on key segmentation strategies?  What are the key factors and how do they impact attracting new customers while retaining existing ones?  What strategies should be developed and implemented to gain business and brand loyalty from untapped segments?  Do you know how much a customer is with to your business?

This year’s workshop will address these and more by focusing on Attracting and Retaining Customers.  You will not want to miss it!

Please join us this year as speakers, business experts, panelists and vendors share their expertise with participants regarding enhancing and leveraging customer relationships.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend the following breakout sessions:

  • Identifying potential customers for branding and business building
  • Understanding customer dynamics/psychographics
  • Reaching customers via effective and targeted communication approaches
  • Understanding the customer’s lifetime value and its impact on your business

Mark S. Lee, President and CEO, The LEE Group, states, “One of the critical challenges facing businesses is the ability to attract new customers while retaining current ones.  It’s one thing to have a successful launch, but to grow your business longer-term, it’s essential to attract and retain customers.”  He continues, “Business experts will share insights and strategic approaches regarding leveraging short- and longer-term  customer relationships profitably.  My hope is all attendees will have practical tips and tools which are beneficial and can be implemented immediately.”
